Dogrunner Return Policy (Spanadra BV)

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dogrunner.be. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please send your return to the following address:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
